Dr. Yau was born and raised in Houston, TX. He attended St. John’s School for high school, and then graduated from Rice University. Afterward, he went to medical school at University of Texas Medical School at Houston. He then completed residency training at Indiana University in combined Adult Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.

Dr. Yau is board-certified by both the American Board of Pediatrics and American Board of Internal Medicine. He cares for patients of all ages, from newborns to young children and adults.

Dr. Yau is a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. He is married to his beautiful wife, Hannah. They have a lovely daughter, Rachel. Together, they are active members of WoodsEdge Community Church.

Dr. Yau and his family are proud to make the Woodlands their home. He has been in medical practice at Woodlands Family Practice since 2005.
