Dr. Chad Niemeyer, MD, MPH, FAAP, DABP, DABIM

Dr. Niemeyer grew up in the small town of Lake Jackson, TX, where his family and church helped him cultivate a passion for serving others. After high school, he attended Texas A&M University in College Station and majored in Biology. Upon graduation, he moved to Houston, TX, where he studied Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in pursuit of his dream to be a primary care physician. He also studied Public Health at the University of Texas- Houston School of Public Health, where he received a Master in Public Health (MPH) degree in Community Health Practice. He completed his residency training in combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine in 2015, and he is board-certified in both specialties.

Dr. Niemeyer and his wife, Lauren, followed their love of service to Washington, DC after residency, where he started his career in primary care and served for the next 4 years before returning to Texas in 2019. Since their return, he continued his work in primary care in Houston, TX, before joining Woodlands Family Practice. He and his wife are blessed with 2 beautiful children: David, age 7, and Eva, age 4. Outside of Medicine, Dr. Niemeyer enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, reading, and running.

Dr. Niemeyer considers caring for families a special privilege and loves promoting health and wellness in patients of all ages.
